We enable investors to invest in tourism real estate in Istria (Croatia). The advantage of investing with us is that even smaller investors can get shares in private tourism real estate and with thus dividends from the income of the real estate.

In 2023, we are building a tourist mobile homes complex near Poreč with two swimming pools, a pool bar, beach a beach volleyball court and a small SPA. The accommodations will be of PREMIUM and LUXURY quality.

Ownership share
By investing in our company, you acquire an ownership interest in the activities we undertake as a company and in real estate we own. You will be entitled to annual company dividends.
Amount of investment
Our partners mainly invest between €50.000 and €500.000, but we also give small investors opportunity to invest in real estate. Therefore, the smallest investment amount is €10.000.
Dividends
The average annual dividend yield is between 6 % and 9 %. The income for dividends comes from owned and managed tourism properties.
