Current investment opportunity
In year 2023, we plan to build a resort near Poreč, Croatia. The resort will have mobile houses, two swimming pools, a pool bar, a beach volleyball court, and a small SPA. Complex will have:
– PREMIUM accommodations (houses with terrace for 2-4 persons),
– LUXURY accommodations (houses with terrace for 2-3 persons).
The Mediterranean style of the complex will give it a special touch and an additional recognition value.

With us you can invest in tourism real estate with a good money inflow.
For your investment you will recieve shares in the company that owns the tourism properties.
Most of the future income will be distributed to investors as annual dividends in accordance with the intended business of the future company. Investors can be individuals or legal entities.
Ownership share
An equity share of 0,5 % to 25 % per individual investor is available for early investors. With ownership you get the right to annual dividends in accordance with the intended business of the future company.
Amount of investment
Currently investors invest mainly between €50.000 and €500.000, but we also want to give small investors the opportunity to participate in real estate investments. Therefore we have slots for investments between €10.000 and €50.000.
Dividends
The expected annual dividend yield is 6 - 9 % in accordance with the intended business of the future company.
This is a return 2 to 3 times better than renting an apartment.
This investment is best suited for investors seeking long-term annual cash returns.

Excellent location between Poreč and Rovinj
Istria is perfectly accessible to most European countries! It takes about 5 hours by car from Munich, a good 2.5 hours from Austria and 1.5 hours from the central part of Slovenia. The most important tourist part of Istria is the area between Poreč and Rovinj. From here, the whole Istria is in your hands, as you can reach almost any part of Istria in around 30 minutes due to the excellent road connections.
The location and proximity of road connections allow quick visits to the main touristic locations in Istria and access to the sea.
Culinary and gastronomic experience of the wine road or the tastes of the truffles are within the reach of your hand.
For active tourists, a variety of activities (hiking and cycling routes) are available, which extend the tourist season.
